Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollar and include GST. International buyers are exempt from GST and correct prices are displayed during checkout. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard via PayPal. Other payment methods accepted are via deposit and cheque payments for Australian buyers. Details are displayed during check out and in order confirmation page. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and cleared.

Delivery

We deliver to Australia via Australia Post via regular Parcel Post. Delivery times are in accordance with Australia Post standards.

Delivery Costs

Australia: $4.95 per order.
New Zealand: $6.50 per order.
United States and Canada: $7.50 per order.
Asia/Pacific: $8.50 per order
United Kingdom and Europe: $9.50 per order.

International Buyers

You are responsible for any customs/fees that may be incurred at time of receipt. Please check with your local Customs if unsure of your obligation.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.

Promotions

From time to time PetsGard offers coupon codes to give discounts on all or some of its products. As a policy, only one coupon code is allowed per order, and coupon codes cannot be combined.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
