How to order?

All you need to do is browse through the shop, and when you see an item you wish to purchase, simply click on Add to Basket. This will automatically add to your Shopping Basket.

You will find your Shopping Basket on the right hand side of the page. This way you can keep track of all your shopping.

What if I have finished shopping?

Click on Show Basket once to bring up your shopping details. This will display the total of order including shipping cost. Check to confirm the items are correct before proceeding Check Out. Next page takes you to the Address Details page if you are not registered. If you are already signed in and the details are correct, you will be taken to the Order Confirmation Page before proceeding to pay. Pets Gard accepts payments:

  • Visa or MasterCard.  PetsGard partners with PayPal to process your Visa or MasterCard payments. Not a member, not a problem, as you can still enter your card details.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer. Please choose EFT as Payment Method - for Australia only
  • Cheque or money order. Please choose CHEQUE as Payment Method - for Australia only

International Customers

International customers (orders shipped outside of Australia) are exempt from paying 10% GST and must select NO GST in tax area to receive reduction in price.
Please choose correct Shipping Method for your destination.
All payments will be process by PayPal.

Where can I redeem my coupon?

In your Shopping Basket, at the bottom of the page.  Enter coupon code, and click on Redeem Coupon once. Do this before Checkout.

I have two coupons, where can I enter the second code?

PetsGard Policy allows for one coupon code per order.


Do I have to register?

No.   If you do not wish to register, all you need to do is complete the Billing Address details. If the Shipping Address is different you will need to click on the box below the form to bring up the Shipping Address form for completion. After all the necessary details are completed. You will be taken to the Order Confirmation Page.

  1. Check that all the entries are correct.
  2. Click on Finalize Order Button once. You will now be taken to the PayPal page via a secure connection for payment.

What if I already have an Account?

You may sign in at any time during browsing to dispay your current details. If all details are correct, you will skip the Address Details page and direct you to the Order Confirmation Page.

How do I register?

All you need to do is click on the Register Button once to open page. The Register Button can be found on the right hand side of the page below the Shopping Basket. Enter the details and follow instructions. Upon completion you will receive an email to confirm registration. Once registered you can manage your account, change details as required and tracking order status.

Do you take Phone Orders?

At this stage no. We will be considering this option in coming months.
